Rexfair Cancellation Policy

At Rexfair, we understand that plans can change. This policy explains when and how you can cancel an order and what happens next.


1) When you can cancel

You can request a cancellation as long as your order has not been dispatched/shipped.

Once an order is dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. In that case, it will be treated as a return (if eligible) under our Returns/Exchange policy.


2) Cancellation windows (important)

Because furniture orders move quickly into processing, we recommend canceling as soon as possible.

  • Before processing begins: Cancellation is usually approved.

  • During processing/packing: Cancellation may still be possible, but not guaranteed.

  • After dispatch/shipping: Cancellation is not possible.


3) Items that may not be cancellable

Some orders may be non-cancellable or have limited cancellation options, including:

  • Custom orders / special sourcing requests

  • Made-to-order / personalized items

  • Bulk/corporate orders

  • Items marked Final Sale / Clearance (if applicable)

If your order falls under any of the above, we’ll confirm your options when you contact us.


4) How to request a cancellation

Contact Rexfair Support with:

  • Order ID

  • Full name

  • Phone number used on the order

  • Reason for cancellation (optional)

5) Refunds after cancellation

If your cancellation is approved and payment has already been made:

  • Refund method: returned to the original payment method (or as agreed with you).

  • Timeline: refunds are processed after confirmation, but exact timing depends on your bank/payment provider.

Note: If any non-refundable charges apply (e.g., third-party payment fees or special handling already completed), we will notify you before processing.


6) Cash on Delivery (COD) orders

For COD orders:

  • You can cancel before dispatch.

  • If the order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and may be treated under returns (if eligible).


7) Address changes (not a cancellation, but helpful)

If you want to change your delivery address, contact us immediately. Address changes are only possible before dispatch.


8) If Rexfair cancels an order

In rare cases (e.g., stock issues, pricing errors, verification concerns, or logistics limitations), Rexfair may cancel an order. If that happens, you’ll be notified and refunded where applicable.


9) Policy updates

Rexfair may update this policy from time to time. The version posted on our website is the current policy.
